    How many nurses forget where they started? We didn't start off knowing how. It took many tries to gain that experience.

    Homecare is great and can give you a lot of flexibility. You can make a living and go back to school at the same time. If you have maxed out in the LPN role perhaps it's time to go back to school.

    I would research what LPN's make in your area. If you are underpaid then I would look for another job. It sounds like they want their cake and eat it too.

    Don't know, but I know the med center gets about 30,000 applications a year for 1200 jobs so you can kind of give it a guess
