  4. It gets better! Trust me, I've been an LPN in LTC for 10 years. You will soon have a routine and you will actually have time to do other stuff in between med passes. It is very overwhelming at first, hang in there!

    I work for Mayo Clinic Health System in Wisconsin $17.05 base rate plus $3.00 shift differential for 2nd shift and $4.00 more for nights Long term care. Been there almost 9 years. Full benefits.
