   Try Melatonin from the GNC or any health food store...they usually come in 3mg tabs...it is the hormone that naturally occurs in your body when you are ready to sleep...it helps me flip flop my night time shift...and also try Benedryl 25-50 mg...that...

    I just got into a Master's Program and I received my Bachelors through Thomas Edison State College. I did it in a year and a half...it was great...no problem...I did all of my research online and submitted everything online...if you need anymore info...
