   It's just a new grad nurse and you usually have classes for a week or two, mentors, a longer orientation & debriefing stuff.

   I just got hired as a nurse resident in Tampa at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital (Baycare system) and they offered me $24.42 for days, $29.24 for nights and a $1 more on weekends. I took the day shift :) Erica
