   Yes, this is a serious post or I wouldn't have wasted my time posting it. I know the layout may not be the best but if there "are so many things wrong with this resume" could you atleast be helpful and give some advice on how to improve it?

   should i include all of my of my past work experience although it's not in healthcare or are 3 previous employers enough? and should i add my college education to my resume and not just my cna training?
