   Totally... Its a learning process... I also started studying the topics and then once I had the topic down- usually summarized onto large index cards, then I would start testing myself from NCLEX review books.. Saunders is good... Lippencott sp? too....

   Hmmm you could use a pedometer and see? I know I essentially walk all night. I think 12 hours on your feet moving at a fairly brisk pace = a few good calories!! Just say no to the snacks that seem to be ever present.. or bring healthy ones.
