DamnGoodNurse has 35 years experience and specializes in Mental Health, Geriatrics and Wound Care.

I am a very happily married mother of 2 and grandmother of 2. Have worked in a variety of nursing positions. Most recently I work with mentally and physically challegned adults in a large DD/MR facility. I have 20 plus years in this type of nursing. Previously I have worked in long-term care working as a staff nurse to Director of Nursing. Also have done Correctional nursing which I did truly enjoyed. (My husband did not). Currently the facility that I work in is under reconstruction and I will not have a position when it closes, so my next venture I want to try Hospice.
