  11. I’m positive that her hospital uses “COWs” or has access to them. I can’t imagine being so cocky or forgetful or WHATEVER SHE WAS that I wouldn’t scan the med & the patient.... and monitor them after giving the med even? But what do I know... lol...

  13. As much as we’ve all made med errors, this goes above & beyond that. She skipped over several NECESSARY steps & a patient died. im sure she feels bad but damn.
