   yes dha prmetric exam is also available in the philippines, check the prometric web site. For PSV, you only need to pay for that then Dataflow will do background checking for your credential..

    it isn't necessary that you have experience particularly in med- surg area .. what is very important is that you have enough nursing experience for you qualify ...i already have the eligibility id number but dha office told me that it'l be activated ...

    yup. the requirements are the same as haad, but doh are not particular with the number of hours, you need atleast 1 year of experience...are you here in dubai???
