   Don't put "the adre.neline rush". You will probably sound like a trauma junkie and not get it. I hear it all the time in the EMS world and it mostly earns the rolling eyes.

   I don't think it is hard. Just a lot of work. It also requires a lot of committment, planning and endurance. Hard though? No I don't think so. Not so far anyway-ask me in three months. Med-Surg is next semester.

   No. It's all about the entrance test score (in my case the TEAS), GPA, interview and Pre-reqs (in my program they were not required but you were not competitive without them).

    There were 350 applicants for 40 seats in the program I am in. We only launch once a year so yeah--it's pretty competitive and may take some time to get it. Really good things are worth the wait. Get as much done as now so when you get in, you are ah...

    45 here-husband and father of 5. I am a FF/EMT and I am currently working and making the leap to RN. First semester down and while it's a huge amount of work it is do-able! Go for it!
