   I agree with angioplasty....the morphine is not just given for pain it is given to decrease sympathetic stress and increase myocardial oxygenation...as for maslow, pain is considered a psychosocial need not physiological (atleast for nclex purposes)....

    No there is nothing, isn't that horrible....the board said it could be 3-4 weeks until they process my fingerprints and post. I think it is a big joke that it takes that long especially when they were sent in early January and here we are in March.....
