   Oh I see. Well then I would look at the blogs here and make sure you have the best resume and cover letter and be persistent. Also doing something else like a clinic job or LTC to get some experience that might appeal to hiring managers.

   They give a suggested plan to move through the course. They also have live and recorded webinars so that if you a auditory learner you can still be successful.

   I started the first of February also. I agree with the post above. I love the school. You have to be self motivation for sure. I had moved and wasn't able to be as focused as I planed but the next week I made up for it. I hope to finish in 12 months.

    I know renown in Reno Nevada had NICU residency program. I almost moved there because of that reason.

    I believe new grad pay in the valley health systems is 29-30/hr right now.

    Wow that is so awesome to hear. I'm ready to bust my butt and pay similar amount. My hospital does tuition reimbursement also. I work nights as well.

    That's awesome good luck on your journey. I worked with adults for about 3 years and then moved into newborn Nursey and now transitioning to couplet care. I love it.
