Thank you. I dont take the test till January but I want to make sure I am well prepared. I was debating on purchasing the online test. Are you in the nursing program now?
They give you the specifics at the information meetings.
60pt for 3.8 gpa or higher
10 points for 90 or better Teas Math and Reading score (20pts max)
5 pts for taking pre-req 2.5 for half of pre-req
5 pts for experience
5pt for taking all classes at wccc
The co-reqs are PS, English 2, nutrition, life span, patho, medical math, history & SOC 100.
The pre-reqs are A&P 1&2, english1, micro, psy 101,
The GPA is based on pre-reqs and co-reqs. If you took them at another school it will still count long as it is transferable from that school. They calculate your gpa with and with the co-reqs. They use the use the highest gpa out of the two.
I am preparing for the TEAS. I bought the books that the nursing program suggest. Are there any other books you found helpful? What was the hardest and easiest part of the test?
