  1. LPN rules/regulations for Dining in Assisted Living setting

    I always stay in the dining room with the resident's at meal times and was told I didn't have to. Is it okay for a nurse not to be present in the dining room, while the resident's are eating in a Assisted Living setting?

    I have a friend who went through the LPN course with me and she graduated; but was not able to take the boards. Only thing I can suggest is to have the records sealed/expunged; in which you will have to pay legal fees.
