    Just out of curiosity, what is the length of your monitoring program, and which state's program are you in? I am in CT's HAVEN, and it is 5 years! I have another 3.5 years. Seems like it will never end!

    Back in 2011, the starting wage was slightly higher than acute care hospitals. I believe it was $29/hr. When I left for New Britain, I took a $0.50 pay cut/hr.
