   Stick it out for a year and then apply somewhere else. Minimum exp req'd for most places (that require exp) is 1 year. Leaving after 4-5-6-7 months looks bad. One year is acceptable.

    Any hospital experience is beneficial. Phlebotomy experience isn't going to help you get your foot in the door anywhere but it may help you greatly in the hiring manager interviews should you advance that far.
