   I have heard both are equal but that the ANCC is harder due to the theory content. Most of us remeber clinical because that is what we used in our clinical practice.

   The AANP has been around for a long time and it is a sister to the ANA. That should count for something but I have heard a lot of students suggest the ANCC is better??

   I know if you join the AANP they have free CEUs on their site.... but you do have to pay for membership. Also I think you can do an online class through Fitzgerald in pharm and you get several hours of CEUs

   I have not heard that dual certification matters. The hospital I work at does preferr AANP certification though.
