   Clinicals are different then LTC/SN. They do not prepare you for the work load but stick to it and it will get better. It will take multiple times of calling doc...finding where things are..learning to talk to family...following schedule and computer...

   I doubt if it is because they do not want to work...............most do not have enough time in a day to do things the way they should. I have seen some pretty scary short cuts going on like stacking cups of meds.....that is what scares me...
