   Hi guys, I too am interested in applying, but really have no idea where to start. The recruiter I spoke with today has never even heard of the NCP so that was very dissappointing. What is the process, where do you start?

   Lavender- did you ever get an interview? I wouldn't give up. I would call and demand to know why you weren't accepted. At least if you know that then you know what to work on so that you can be a better applicant next time. I agree with everyone else...
