Aww..so heart touching. Our children are the ones who give us strength, who lift us up when we are down, and who are always there for us.....they are the gift that we have been given. It will always be amazing to know they want to, "be like us".
Take time to enjoy your new baby. The pre-req courses aren't really that beneficial, except maybe anatomy, which the nursing program will build on. Do what is best for you and the rest will fall into place.

Slow down and take one thing at a time. Enjoy your family, get your LPN and then your RN. At that time decide about going back to get your BSN. Either way, it will be an interesting ride that you can enjoy, while still seeing your family.
