   I don't know anything about the webcam but a Kaplan instructor came to our school and talk to us about test taking strategies. If you don't have a lot of money to spend I would just buy the Q bank!! Good Luck!!

   I was enrolled at ECPI and it was included with the program so I don't know how much it was. We had the class, the Kaplan book, and the Internet access.

   I just took my PN state boards this Oct. 2012 and I past on the first try. I use the Kaplan Q bank and I feel like it is just like the state board questions. I had the in class review also but I think the Q bank helped better then the in class review...
