1. LTC Orientation for New Grad RN

   I am a new grad starting at a ltc/rehab ctr next week and they offered me 1 week of orientation on my shift and then I'm on my own. It seemed short to me but after reading posts on allnurses.com it seems like the norm... 1-2 weeks.

   I am a new grad about to start in a subacute and got offered 1 week of orientation on my 11-7 shift....I thought that was short but from reading different posts on allnurses.com it seems like the norm

3. New rn grad starting a ltc with only 3 days orientation?!!

   I am supposed to be starting in the sub acute unit at ltc/rehab facility next week. They are offering me 1 week orientation and I am starting w 20 patients. BTW I am a new grad and a bit nervous.....
