    California. There the most jobs and bets paying jobs in CA. But worst case it can take up to 4 months. CA has everything the beach, the mountains and great paying jobs. You will love it!

  4. I had the same problem. The problem is trying to get a job late spring early summer, because of all the new grads. Med/surg positions are hard to come by at this time. The key is working with an agency that has a great relationship with the hospital....

    I would speak with your recruiter. My recruiter always tells me about the expereince other nurses has had at hospitals. This is so helpful to me.

    Where was the location? Companies do it differently. You need a recruiter you can trust to break it down for you! I love the company I work for and am always happy with my pay packages.
