    that's what we call those small pocket sized notebooks we use to jot down small important details in a rush. also used to make our soap drafts and to draw funny stick people on to keep sane during ward rotations.

    Littman. All the way. The Lightweight SE II is cheaper and would be a good start, it is specifically made for BP readings though but sound quality is clear even for those hard to hear FHT's
