Over eleven years experience as a nurse; over 15 total in healthcare. Was a CNA for 4 years prior to becoming a nurse. Have taken each step along the way: CNA->CMA->LPN->RN->RN-,BA->RN,MSN now a doctoral student. Currently a regional CNO and work per diem at a local hospital as a nursing supervisor (maintain skills and student loans), also an adjunct professor at a local university teaching nursing (lecture and clinical) and healthcare administration.
