   point taken.... lets just be hopeful...currently appplying for IVT training and looking into HD training too,so that resume will be a little bit more marketable and competetive,even with lapses in nursing experience..very difficult to apply in hospi...

    yep,totally agree!more work small pay! sometimes no pay at all,but i guess we have to embrace it(hospital /nursing exp),since most of the U.S hospital employer are very keen when it comes to hospital experience,they want current and in specialty area...
