   I also haven't received the welcome email or payment and I signed on the 1st. I've been out of the country for 2 weeks but am definitely getting concerned.

   I'm a resident in VA but go to school and applied through the recruiter in SC

   I received word on Wednesday that I would be signing between May 1st and May 12th. My recruiter told me only the academic year requires full-time status (fall/spring semesters) not summer.

   My recruiter said the board usually meets within a week of the application deadline (OCT 4)
