   yes, you can do that. IELTS is cheaper if you take it from the Philippines instead of here in Canada. And you can submit your documents to CRNBC while you are still there.

   I just submitted my application last May 2011. By July 1, the band score will be raised. I forgot how much but you can check the CRNBC website to verify. Are you here in Canada?

   I just took the IELTS here in Canada last May 7, 2011. I then submitted my documents and waiting for the reply of CRNBC. If you can, you can take the IELTS in your home country, it really depends on you.
