    Don't tie the tourniquet too tight. The vein can over distend and then blow. http://www.veinaccesstechnologies.com/index.html

    Have to be very careful with off labe use....advice from a lawyer. Puts you in a precararious situation legally.

    I agree with picclineman. That is the only way I have figured out how to do it. Maybe someday there will be an advanced degree in Vascular Access.
