   I think it would be a good idea for you to go to the Director of the program. Perhaps she or he is unaware of the problem with instructors not declaring their individual expectations. Their expectations should be in writing and given to the students....

   I think the OP is missing the point of the above reply. Keep in mind that aspirinn would be part of the CHF protocol. All doctors should follow a certain STANDARD for every CHF patient, no matter how they get paid!
