   You have to get out and walk in to some of these facilities, it's what I did. I had a hard time finding a job too. I started hitting the pavement and finally got a job offer at a Nursing & Rehab facility. Also you can check out craigslist too....

    I just passed the NCLEX-PN exam in October. I am having a very hard time finding a job also. No one wants to hire new grads without 1 yr experience. How do I get experience if no one wants to hire me? I am getting frustrated..
