   It doesn't say 2500 WORDS or less, read it again... it says 2500 CHARACTERS. Half a page is about 200-250 words. 2500 words would be about a 4-5 page essay. They only allow half a page for each question.

   FYI, to save you from going crazy checking your email constantly.... the adviser told me at one of the info sessions that they always send out the acceptance emails on a Friday afternoon. So you likely won't hear until then... Good luck everyone!

   I think sometimes someone might accept their spot, and then later isn't able to keep it... fails a background check or a drug test, etc. That may be why someone on the wait list might not hear up until the very last minute? Not sure, just a guess... ...
