   What I am wondering is with different hospitals going to this new BSN requirement and such do they offer their "now on staff" none BSN nurses educational means to meet these new standards. I think that would be more to the point.

   My Hospital does not allow for admin of home medication, so I guess that takes care of the whole issue for me.

   We are taught to never give meds that another nurse pulled and signed for. I don't see how this would be any different legally. You didn't pull them...... however your NM or DON might not think your high ethical stand is productive to his/her stand...
