This is not true, I graduated in the Philippines in March of 2010 and CA BON accepted all of my credentials. The key thing is that you research which colleges are accepted by U.S. standards first before enrolling to avoid any unecessary delays after.

I took my exam yesterday and maxed out at 265 and took me 4 and a half hours to complete, came out feeling like a dog! Still have a headache and still feel like I'm in a daze.
Bumped my exam date up a week or so, so I have a little bit more time, they say you just have to know the basics, pero it's hard to distinguish what's basic and what's not heh.
