   I have been praying for months about this and I still struggle with it. I hate it. I'm not sure why my confidence level is so low.

   I need help. Every time I need to start an IV or assist in a procedure my hands shake. I don't know why. Can someone please give me tips on how to reduce these embarrassing shakes?
