   It's still an intense program. You have to learn a great deal in a short amount of time. Going from LPN to RN also makes you more prepared. especially if you work for a little while before your Rn classes.

2. Refusing meds

   Some times you have to ask for help from the other nurses. If he likes someone else better, ask them to give him his meds, let that person give them and sign out for them. That way you won't have to keep signing refused. Then let the other nurse TRY ...
