    wow..thats sounds chill compared to my program..Clinicals tuesday to friday 6-5PM, class Monday 12-7PM and tuesday 3-7PM.. so clincal about 40 hours and class 11 hours..

    I agree..apples and oranges. I believe it is much more difficult to become an MD than a CRNA, however with that being said I believe there are many CRNAs on par with MDAs since the time spent in anesthesia training is similar.

    There are a ton of Bio and Chemistry majors in CRNA programs. I have a Molec.biology/Biotech as well as Fine Arts degree +a BSN, so you wont feel isolated:) Focus on becoming an ICU rockstar more than anything.

    Try the universities you will be applying to. Some will allow you to take classes(limited #of credits) as a non-degree student.

    1000 is ok-you might still get in as you have good grades and good experience. Try to find a course thats common for most of the schools, like reserch and patho or pharm-it will make a differenc when everyone has 6 classes and you have 4. Good luck.
