   Isnt medicare a federal program with the same rules in all states? I am in NY and wonder if an RN in NY can independently bill medicare?

   I need to get cases like that. No traveling. I was told , in one agency, that they would pay 75$ to open a case and then subsequent visits would be $40 Hr. Does that sound about right. I think that included traveling.

   What do the companies pay for IVIG? Isnt 3-4hrs of iv? I was told a visit is considered 2 hrs. This is why I cant figure out if I will make the same money.

   Thanks, big help. Do they pay for transportation? One company in Massapequa Park seems to pay more for east end cases? Its hard to compare companies . thnks again

   Hi I am a ER nurse who is looking to work for an iv company. Can you tell me how the pay is and how about traveling. I heard some companies are better payors? Does anyone know what the insurance companies paay? Thanks creich
