1. IV Therapy Certification??

   Im in Ohio, and LPN are not trained how to do IVs is school. They need extra certification before they can do anything with ivs. Shouldn't you be ok if you are an RN? You are taught how to do IVS in school

3. When someone asks you what you do for a living, do you say "nurse" or "RN" or "LVN"?

   I usually say "Registered Nurse" One time at work, one of residents asked if I was an RN. I replied yes. I then said I also had Bachelors (I don't always, but im proud I survived 4 years). And he replied "Oh so you are an LPN"
