   Actually, this past NCLEX passing rate was around 97%. There would almost be 500+ students trying to apply to the program each year. The pre-req class content is still the same but they might add pathophysiology or pharmacology prior to the program.

    Try to go for a BSN program especially if you're in NY, there aren't many places hiring ADN nurses... It's already difficult with a BSN but the Institute of Medicine is trying to have nurses extend their education.
