   Northern Indiana.LTC.$10.75/hr no shift diff. I've been there 2.5 yrs with no raise except for the 90day raise. :/ I work on a respiratory unit as well. I do Home health care. My clients range from $7.50-$9.50 depending on how hands on I need to be.

   I completely agree with Kimberly above. They should be more helpful and supportive. If they have been CNAs before they should know how hard it is. Are you the only aide on the unit? I know when we get new aides, the first few days they stick with me...
