   If the lpn to Rn program is only taking 1 semester off , then why not just go thru from the beginning? Is it because of the entrance ( chances) ? Just wondering , i am not sure which way to go,,

   Thanks that's the confirmation i needed, i am a LPN in Pittsburgh and i heard that if you go thru the transition program it looks better and your chances are better good Luck and God bless !!!!!!

   oh yeah, in a nursing home ( long term care) the nurse ratio is 25-30 patients to 1 nurse and 2 CNAs,, lol
