   You are supposed to round to the 100ths place if it is less than 1.0 mL and round to the 10ths place if it is over 1.0 mL. Hope that helps.

    I have one that is too tight across the top of my foot. The other fits just fine. I've been wearing them for about 4 weeks now and it hasn't improved. I guess it's time to look into a shoe repair shop and hope they can stretch it for me.
