   I am also on call 24/7 now that i have made it my own its getting better some days on the edge of burn out but i have a couple good nurses that step up for me when i need it

    Yes that true but there are ways they will get around it and will have fines ect. My company has 17 buildings in indiana and ohio and we do not have our emr yet either

    Wow i dont feel like i have a ton of ltc exp started with hospital, then after 6 yrs of that accepted a unit mngr in ltc care, then some mds, then about 6 mnths of adon before i got my don and i still feel very overwhelmed and absolutely could not do...
