  3. I went from the ER to OPS/PACU . It was a breeze. no stress, weekends or holidays. I absolutely hated it, and was bored out of my mind. I am now back in the stressful, fast paced crazy environment I love..ER, and I will never leave again!

    How many of you had to make a change recently?

    About a year ago I left the ER, and went to out patient surgery/PACU. The schedule was great, the people I worked with were great.It was a nice easy job, and I was miserable!! I am now back in the ER, and happy as a pig in mud!

  10. I guess that different with each person....for me it was the right thing to do. I learned so much, and would do it the same way again. I did not stay in MS, but what I learned has served me well.

    Lazy techs!!!!!

    With so many people out of work....that will work....why tolerate lazy from anyone? This is a pet peeve of mine, and I have no tolerance for lazy people regardless of their title.
