I know in the San Diego area that Grossmont's ADN program grads have a leg up on articulation agreements between SDSU and USD (how fancy LOL). You can go directly from Grossmont's ADN > MSN, and you earn a BSN along the way. I guess they figure i...

Interesting. I will definitely keep this in mind as I move through my LVN program. Part of me is TERRIFIED that I won't actually like the down-and-dirty part of nursing, as much as I would like patient education, research, ect. My ultimate goal is st...

  12. Accepted into Grossmont College 2012

I'm curious how many points towards admission you each estimate you had at the time of application. Thanks!
  13. How do LVN's train to become Case Managers?

Hey guys, UC San Diego Extension offers a $1200 CCM certification course. It's only one week long. I'm starting LVN school this summer, and will definitely be taking the CCM cert. course afterward. I do have a question though - I've heard that case...
  14. I used the points grid that they have posted on their website.
  15. Alternative CNA Jobs? San Diego, CA

Hi Jason, Congrats on becoming a CNA and on working towards your LVN license! I finished my CNA training this past fall, but have worked for a private in home client for the past year. I highly recommend putting your "feelers" out there, and spread...
