   MGH offers $12.50/hr..... surrounding community hospitals offer $11/hr with a differential that can get you to $19.50/hr (weekend nights). Like any job, the more experience you have the more you will get paid.

   I'm not sure about the pay rate, but Beth Israel is a much better hospital. Everyone on staff is so friendly and relaxed, not to mention they have great benefits. MGH was my top choice hospital until I visited a few departments at BIDMC.
