  2. Looking for EMT's who are now in nursing school

I totally agree with Mike Fungin. The teachers were so focused on why I changed fields and not that it matters but my husband is in the military and I needed something I could do in Alaska on base. There were times when I would be put on the spot a...

  7. Can a female have a reaction to a depo shot?

I have been on depo for almost three years and I am getting ready to come off. My husband is in the coast guard and I don't get to see him much so it is not a huge concern. But I only gained 8 pounds (might have been that I am not 20 anymore too), ...

I heard that most RN grads have to do some sort of Med Surg before they can go into Peds or Lab-Del. Is it really like that? I just loved my Peds rotation but I just have a hard time putting my heart into MEd Surg.

  10. I don't think I can do this anymore...

It sounds very rough and I feel for you. Maybe you could work in a Peds office or maybe go back to school to be a Nurse Educator(at least there no one can really out you for anything because the nursing students don't know any better) Good luck in f...

  12. Will I ever become a nurse?!

I wish I would have started in as a CNA or started the LPN program first because it is a lot of work all at one time. But you have to do what works for you.
  13. Will I ever become a nurse?!

For sure. When I took the test, I had to use the restroom and I didn't think that they would let me leave and come back and touch my test, so I didn't so as well as I had hoped to. You will be okay; remember that we all had to start somewhere.
