   With the enormous number of unemployed new graduate nurses, I will be blessed if I'm employed. Its about attaining the one-year golden experience under the belt and moving back to the area where nurses are well-paid.

   I had the same assignment when I was a student nurse. Just approach one the of the nurse manager on the unit and ask them if you can have 10 mins with them. Make sure you have jotted all the questions you needed to ask, as managers are always busy.
