   I don't think anyone can answer that yet. There are about 4 versions of the bill still out there. They've yet to to reconciled. We don't know what the bill is yet.

   Home health nurses rarely if ever give narcotics. The agencies consider their employees low risk for diversion. Not saying it's right but that's their rationale.
